Patrick McMichael

Patrick McMichael, CHST, currently serves as the Real Estate & Development Acquisition Manager at Lake Country Builders, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Patrick accumulated extensive experience in construction safety and project management at HENSEL PHELPS, where responsibilities included supporting safety oversight for data center projects from October 2015 to April 2023. Patrick co-founded Online Marketing CoOp, focusing on cooperative marketing strategies, and held marketing roles at AcQyro and Yost & Little Realty.
