Lake County Tribal Health was established to improve the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social health status of the Native Americans of Lake County through the provision of culturally sensitive health care services. We are also committed to keeping our whole community healthy by providing access to affordable, quality health care. Everyone has access to all our Medical, Dental, and Counseling services. Additional services including Human Services, Public Health, Pharmacy and Transportation are available to the Lake
County Indian population.

The Healthcare Practitioners team at Lake County Tribal Health Consortium provides comprehensive and culturally sensitive healthcare services. This multidisciplinary team, consisting of an OBG Physician, Ambulatory Care Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Medical Laboratory Scientist, collaborates to address the physical, mental, emotional, and social health needs of the Native American population in Lake County. They ensure access to high-quality medical, dental, counseling, and various supportive services for the entire community.
