Ruthanne Hall

RuthAnne Hall serves as the Purchasing Manager for Lake County since November 2011, overseeing the Purchasing and Central Services Departments. Prior experience includes roles as the Budget & Purchasing Officer for the City of Elgin from June 2001 to November 2011, where responsibilities encompassed supervising budget preparation and managing the five-year financial plan. Earlier positions included Management Analyst, Planning and Preservation Coordinator, and Planning & Preservation Intern, each involving program implementation and project coordination related to budget management and historic preservation. RuthAnne Hall holds a Master’s degree in Historic Preservation from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Art History from Augustana College.
