Suzanne Harkness

Suzanne Harkness currently serves as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Elmira since February 2020. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant at Smith Allergy and Asthma of CNY and Patient Service Representative at Guthrie Medical Group, where responsibilities included front desk operations for ophthalmology. Suzanne also contributed as an EHR Trainer at The Guthrie Clinic, focusing on the development of an EPIC database. Suzanne has experience in medical billing and coding, having worked as Program Director and Career Services Coordinator at Elmira Business Institute, and as Billing Account Manager at both Crown Medical Billing and PhyMedCo.
