Todd Brockway

Todd Brockway's work experience includes a current position as the Vice President of Business Development & Operations at the Lake Forest Center for Leadership. Todd is responsible for leading sales, business development, and operations for the organization, which offers leadership development and business education solutions. Prior to this role, Todd worked as a Faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management starting in 2019. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Division VP at Medline Industries, LP from 2014 to 2022. From 2006 to 2014, Todd served as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development at Life Fitness, where they led international product development teams and contributed to significant sales and earnings growth. Todd also has experience as a Director of Product Management at Brunswick Corporation from 2001 to 2006, as well as roles as a Management Consultant at Inforte Corporation from 1999 to 2001 and at PwC from 1996 to 1999.

Todd Brockway holds an MBA degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with majors in management & strategy, marketing, and management & organizations. Todd also holds a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science from DePaul University Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media. Additionally, Todd has a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing & English from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, and completed their freshman year studying Marketing at Drake University before transferring.
