Nancy M. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in risk management and health information coding. Nancy started their career as a Risk Manager at Cushing Memorial Hospital in 2003 and subsequently worked as a Performance Improvement Specialist at Truman Medical Center in 2006. From 2007 to 2012, Nancy served as the Director of Risk Management at Providence Medical Center/Saint John Hospital. Nancy then held the position of Director of Risk Management at Havasu Regional Medical Center from 2012 to 2014, before joining Lake Granbury Medical Center as the Director of Risk Management in 2014. In 2016, Nancy M. transitioned to the role of a Health Information Coder at Community Health Systems and continues in that position to this day.

Nancy M. obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Kansas City Kansas Community College between 1993 and 1996.
