Sue Blakeley

Gayle “Sue” Blakeley is the Founder and Administrator of Lake Mead Christian Ministries. She has served in this capacity since LMCM’s first venture launched in 1989 as a faith-based K-12 school, Lake Mead Christian Academy. She has seen the school through its initial startup of 24 students through its current enrollment of nearly 800 students. Sue has provided vision and leadership to the organization with the addition of the campus church in 2004, the preschool in 2006, and counseling center in 2016.

She has led LMCM through three major construction projects since 1997. For LMCM’s first 18 years , Sue served as a teacher, using her Bachelor’s in Secondary Education as she concurrently guided the non-profit ministry.
