Joni Korb

Joni Korb, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist II at Lake Michigan Credit Union since April 2017, with previous roles including HR Generalist I and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Joni worked at Aramark Facility Services as a Food Service Worker, contributing to student wellness through nutritious meal service. Extensive experience as a primary caregiver in the Korb Household further developed Joni's skills in prioritization, advocacy, empathy, and crisis management. Additional experience includes administrative support in HR at Lake Michigan Credit Union and account management roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Acosta Sales & Marketing. Joni holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and an Associate's Degree in Business from Bay de Noc Community College.
