Melissa Castillo

Melissa Castillo has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Melissa most recently worked at Lake Ridge Bank as the Vice President - Senior Retail Manager since February 2023. Before that, they co-owned a business called Green Rug Lawn Care LLC since April 2021.

From January 2022 to February 2023, Melissa worked at Monona Bank as the VP - Senior Branch Manager. Melissa also served as a Branch Manager at U.S. Bank from July 2018 to January 2022.

In addition, Melissa has worked at BMO Harris Bank in various roles, including Bank Manager from October 2016 to May 2018, Personal Banker from February 2013 to October 2016, and Customer Service Representative from November 2011 to January 2013.
