Mike Shea

Mike Shea has over 23 years of experience in relationship management in retail banking. Mike started their career at BMO Harris Bank in 1999 as Vice President - Mortgage, where they built and maintained personal relationships with clients and helped them meet their financial goals. In 2013, Mike joined First Business as Vice President, Private Wealth Management, where they started the Private Wealth Management program and provided day-to-day banking services to business owners and Trust & Investment clients. In 2016, they moved to Johnson Bank as Vice President - Private Banking, working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions. Currently, Mike is employed at Lake Ridge Bank as Vice President - Senior Executive Banker, specializing in serving high-net-worth clients with complex banking needs at their University Avenue Office.

Mike Shea attended Edgewood High School from 1980 to 1984. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they enrolled at Upper Iowa University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
