Lake Stevens School District
Ken Collins has held various administrative positions at Lake Stevens School District, including Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, and currently as the Superintendent. With a background in education and leadership, Ken led Lake Stevens High School to be recognized as a School of Distinction in 2010. Ken holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Washington, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Central Washington University, and a Bachelor's degree in Education- History, Political Science from Washington State University.

We are growing! LSSD serves more than 9,300 students in 12 schools in preschool through 12th-grade. The district is made up of an early learning center, seven elementary schools, two middle schools, one mid-high school and a high school. Our students inspire excellence every day!
