Michele Fitzgerald

Michele Fitzgerald is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields. Currently serving as an LPCC and LADC at Genesis Recovery Services since October 2020 and holding similar roles at Lake Superior Community Health Center since January 2018, Michele has developed a comprehensive skill set over the years. Previous positions include Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor at HDC Superior, WI, from September 2011 to January 2018, and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor at Lake Superior Treatment Center from September 2009 to September 2011. Michele's career began as an Adoption Worker at LSS from 2001 to 2009. Educationally, Michele Fitzgerald earned an MSEd. in Community Counseling with a focus on Family Counseling from the University of Wisconsin - Superior between 1995 and 2000.
