Jon Hoven

Jon Hoven is the Commercial Support Manager at Lake Superior Consulting. Jon is responsible for managing their contracts and subcontracts with their clients and subcontractors. Before joining LSC, Jon worked at Enbridge as a Human Resource Advisor and Monson Trucking, Inc. as a Safety and Compliance Manager.

Jon connects businesses so that the expectations of all parties are met by developing contracts that include the right amount of detail. When necessary he also acts as their key contract negotiator and approaches those conversations to ensure the client receives the highest possible value from their services.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, MN. He received the Liberty Mutual Gold Award for Fleet Safety.
