Pam Guernsey

Pam Guernsey has extensive work experience in the credit and collections industry. Pam began their career in 1981 as a Collector at MNB Bankcard Collections, where they reviewed delinquent accounts and assisted customers in repaying their debts. Pam then moved on to Michigan National Bank in 1985, where they worked as a DAP. In 1986, they joined Lake Trust Credit Union as a Collection Agent I and was later promoted to Collector Agent II, reviewing various types of accounts and determining delinquency and necessary collection actions. From 1999 to 2010, they held the role of Collection Agent II - Recovery, handling charge off accounts and managing mobile home repossessions. Pam then became a Special Assets and Charge Off Recovery Adjustor, responsible for submitting delinquency reports and managing foreclosure portfolios. In 2011, Pam was promoted to Credit Solutions Supervisor, overseeing back office activities and repossession/foreclosure property disposal. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Credit Solutions Specialist, where they continued to perform various collection-related duties. Currently, at Lake Trust Credit Union, Pam works as a Credit Solutions Specialist, focusing on collecting delinquent loans and assisting members in bringing their loans current.

Pam Guernsey graduated from Lansing Everett High School in 1977. During their time there, they did not have a specific field of study.
