Pam Guernsey has extensive work experience in the credit and collections industry. Pam began their career in 1981 as a Collector at MNB Bankcard Collections, where they reviewed delinquent accounts and assisted customers in repaying their debts. In 2011, Pam was promoted to Credit Solutions Supervisor, overseeing back office activities and repossession/foreclosure property disposal. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Credit Solutions Specialist, where they continued to perform various collection-related duties. Currently, at Lake Trust Credit Union, Pam works as a Credit Solutions Specialist, focusing on collecting delinquent loans and assisting members in bringing their loans current.
