Robert Patterson

Robert Patterson has extensive experience in custodial management, therapeutic case management, and youth support services. Currently serving as Head Custodian for Juanita High School and previously holding various custodial roles within Lake Washington School District since September 2019, Robert has demonstrated leadership and commitment to maintaining school environments. Prior to this, significant experience as a Therapeutic Case Manager at Friends of Youth and as an Overnight Residential Youth Counselor showcased skills in youth counseling and support. Robert has also held positions with UPS and in juvenile services at Bell County, contributing to a well-rounded professional background. Academic credentials include a forthcoming course in Foundations of Project Management from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Trauma Informed Services from Portland State University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and History from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
