Michael Schmeling

Michael Schmeling has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Lakefield Veterinary Group, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Healthcare Services Group, Inc as a Regional Director of Operations from February 2016 to November 2017. Michael also worked at Healthcare Services Group as a District Manager from March 2012 to November 2017, where they had the responsibility of managing accounts, overseeing human resources, employee development, payroll, and financial budgeting. Before that, they worked at Olmsted Medical Center as a Custodian from December 2004 to September 2011, and as a Human Resources Intern from September 2010 to December 2010.

Michael Schmeling attended the Minnesota School of Business from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
