Karen Boz

Karen Boz is the past President of the Alumni Association of Lakehead University. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario and now residing in Youngsville, North Carolina, Karen joined Royal Bank of Canada full-time in 1992 after graduating from Lakehead University’s Bachelor of Administration program, where she majored in Personnel and Industrial relations. Karen is pleased to have had the opportunity to have multiple careers within one organization and expand her skills and knowledge in branch management, program management, and internal auditing. She has been fortunate to work both in Canada and the United States. As the Chief Audit Executive for RBC Bank, she looks forward to future years of learning and contribution with RBC and her

community.

Karen was the past President of the LakeheadU Alumni GTA Chapter assisting with its

development and was an active member always looking to engage with fellow alumni in

the GTA until her recent move to North Carolina, USA.
