Roshni Antony Mba

Roshni Antony has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 1996 as a Recruitment Executive at SGM Placements & Personnel Services. Roshni then worked at Jobtrack Management Services as a Recruitment Manager before joining Emirates as a Human Resource Business Partner, where they stayed until 2013. In 2011, Roshni became an Instructor at the University of Strathclyde before transitioning to a role as a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot in 2014. Roshni briefly worked as a Human Resources Manager at Chancellor Park in 2015 before joining the City of St. John's as a Manager of Human Resources from 2015 to 2021. Roshni's most recent position is with Lakehead University, where they serve as an Associate Vice President of Human Resources starting in 2021.

Roshni Antony has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy from the University of Strathclyde, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Roshni also holds a Masters Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
