Amy Carey

Amy Carey has a strong background in the food processing industry, currently serving as Product Quality Manager for Food Ingredients at Lakeland Dairies since October 2019, where roles have included Technical Manager, QHSE Manager, and Quality Site Lead. Prior experience includes positions as Milk Intake Supervisor and Laboratory Technician at LacPatrick Dairies Ltd from September 2016 to October 2019, as well as a role as Student Research Assistant at the Centre for Chromosome Biology in early 2016. Amy Carey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Galway, obtained in 2016.
