Nick Bell

Nick Bell has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Nick worked at Lakeland as a Retail Divisional Manager from May 2019 to October 2021, and later became the Head Of Retail in October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Retail Consultant for a brief period in April 2019 while being self-employed. Nick also had a long tenure at HMV Retail Ltd, starting as a Store Manager in 1994 and eventually becoming a Regional Manager in November 2007. In their role as Regional Manager, they managed the FOPP brand, oversaw store operations, buying team, stock management, and made commercial decisions. Throughout their career at HMV, Nick received recognition for their financial performance, excellence in people development, and high standards of operation.

Nick Bell obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business & Finance from the University of Humberside, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Later, in 2005 to 2006, they acquired a diploma in Business from Hult Ashridge.
