Peter Brookes

Peter Brookes currently serves as Finance Director at Lakeland Leather, an award-winning retailer specializing in leather apparel, since January 2014. With a turnover of £11 million and 150 employees, Lakeland Leather operates through various channels including 14 owned stores, concession stores, and online platforms such as Amazon. Prior to this, Peter was Financial Controller at Britannia Living Ltd from February 2007 to January 2014, managing finances for a premium kitchen appliance importer and distributor. Earlier career experiences include roles as Management Accountant at Goodacre Carpets Ltd and Quay Equestrian Ltd, as well as Accountant at Lancaster City Council and Assistant Accountant at Cannon Hygiene Limited. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from the University of Liverpool.
