David Stephenson

David Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David started their career in 1997 as an Office Manager at Bradenton Neurology, Inc. David then served as an IT Director at Clark & Daughtrey Medical Group, P.A. from 2000 to 2001. Between 2001 and 2006, they worked as an Engineer at Data Integrity Services, Inc. David then became an IS Manager at Gessler Clinic, PA from 2006 to 2007. Following that, they joined Clark & Daughtrey Medical Group, P.A. again, this time as an Associate Director of Information Systems from 2007 to 2014. From 2014, David joined Lakeland Regional Health-Florida as an IT Manager of Service Delivery until 2016. David then progressed to become the Director of Information Technology and BioMed from 2016 to 2019. After that, they served as the Senior Director of Infrastructure Services from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President - Plant Operations at Lakeland Regional Health-Florida.

David Stephenson has a background in education with a focus on management of information systems and biology. David attended the University of South Florida from 1996 to 1997, where they studied management of information systems. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they studied biology at the same university. In 1991 to 1992, they briefly attended Palm Beach Atlantic University, also studying biology. In addition to their education, David has obtained certifications including Green Belt Certification (GB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2019 and a Yellow Belt from the same institution in 2017.
