Ladawn Milton

LaDawn Milton, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors, with a focus on improving customer experiences and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Desk & Information Security Access Management at Lakeland Regional Health-Florida since April 2012, LaDawn has also held the position of Manager of Business and Financial Applications, where responsibility included supporting the Revenue Cycle and various business applications. Prior to this role, LaDawn was the Sr. Director of Innovative Solutions at Triage Partners, LLC, leading the implementation of business application systems and achieving ISO certifications. Earlier career roles include Vice President of Operations and Administration at Metropolitan Ministries, Development Manager at Utility Partners, and Sr. Database Specialist at TECO Energy. LaDawn holds a B.B.A. in Management and Marketing with a minor in Computer Science from Stetson University.
