Lauren Springfield

Lauren Springfield has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren started their career at Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council, Inc. as an Outreach coordinator from 2007 to 2011. Lauren then joined Serviam Girls Academy Delaware in 2010, where they held positions such as Social Media Specialist/Admissions Director and Director of Graduate Support. In 2013, they joined Connections Community Support Programs, Inc. as a Media and Donor Relations Manager, where they focused on revamping the organization's brand presence and online platforms. In 2014, they became the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications at Connections Csp Inc. Their most recent role was at Lakeland Regional Health-Florida, where they served as the Director of Community Health and also worked as a Communications Consultant from 2015 to 2016.

Lauren Springfield obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from the University of Delaware from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Professional and Business Communication from La Salle University between 2010 and 2014. In 2016-2017, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General at Florida Southern College.
