Wayne Stephens

Wayne Stephens is an experienced professional in health and safety, emergency medical services, and education. Currently serving as a Health and Safety Facilitator at Lakes Country Service Cooperative since March 2023, Wayne has also been the Education Program Coordinator and Owner at Mid-Minnesota EMS Education, Inc. since December 2016. In addition to roles at various organizations, including the Northern Lights Council of the Boy Scouts of America as Camp Health Officer, Wayne's extensive volunteer work with the Brandon Volunteer Fire Department includes positions as Firefighter, Assistant Fire Chief, and Captain of EMS & Rescue. Wayne has held instructional roles at North Memorial Health Care and Alexandria Technical College, and was involved in client support at Healthland. Wayne's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from the American Public University System and training from the FEMA Emergency Management Institute.
