Eric Flyen

Eric Flyen has over 20 years of experience in various financial and leadership roles. Eric is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Lakeshirts since February 2022. Prior to this, Eric served as the CEO/Founder at TUR Enterprises starting from October 2018. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Bushel as the Chief Financial Officer and then as the VP Corporate Services. In 2018, Eric was the Chief Executive Officer at Unity Holdings. Earlier in their career, they worked at Trane where they held multiple roles including Area Manager - Dakotas and Service Operations Leader. Eric also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Gremada Industries, Inc. and held various positions at Trane, including Finance Leader, Northeast Territory Comprehensive Solutions Sales Manager, Contracting Administration Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Controller, and Financial Analyst. Eric began their career as an Internal Auditor at Honeywell and had an internship at Hoffman Engineering. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in financial management, leadership, and strategic decision-making.

Eric Flyen has a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from the same university, completing it from 2002 to 2003.
