Jheel Patel

Jheel Patel is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lakeshore Learning Materials since September 2022, Jheel provides strategic HR guidance while managing employee relations and performance management. Previous experiences include roles at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as an Associate Human Resources Business Partner, and at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies as a Human Resources Specialist, where Jheel supported large employee bases and implemented engagement programs. Jheel holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration with a minor in Business from San José State University.
