Lisa West

Lisa West has extensive experience in eCommerce and project management, currently serving as the Director of eCommerce Operations at Lakeshore Learning Materials since January 2018. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Altamont Capital Partners / Renegade Brands as a Senior Project Management Consultant, successfully launching seven B2B websites across four global regions. Lisa spent 16 years at Quiksilver, where responsibilities included driving B2B revenue as the Director of B2B eCommerce, managing the implementation of CRM solutions as the Director of Sales Force Automation, and overseeing sales operations for multiple divisions as the Director of Sales Operations and Customer Service. Lisa's earlier experience includes managing relationships and shipments as an Office Manager/Exporting Agent at Laopan Inc. Lisa holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's Degree from California State University Long Beach, along with an Associate’s Degree from Long Beach City College.
