Dawn Rumpf

Dawn Rumpf has a strong background in operations and management, with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Dawn is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Lakeshore Management, a role they have held since October 2019. Prior to this, Dawn served as the Director of Operations at Lakeshore Management Inc. from October 2017 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the operations of 30 communities and played a significant role in integrating three acquisition properties. Dawn also contributed to rebranding and culture shift strategies to drive future growth and was involved in policy development, marketing, and product development.

Before joining Lakeshore Management, Dawn was promoted to the role of Regional Vice President at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in August 2017, where they served for over 14 years. Dawn started their career at Post Properties in May 1996, where they were promoted to Property Manager and worked until March 2003. Overall, Dawn Rumpf has a successful history of leadership and operational excellence in the real estate industry.

Dawn Rumpf completed their secondary education at St Pete High from 1989 to 1993, where they participated in the International Baccalaureate Program (IB). Following their high school graduation, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Stetson University from 1993 to 1996. At Stetson University, Dawn focused their studies on International Business Management and Spanish.
