Blake McLaughlin

Blake McLaughlin has extensive experience in sales and management, specializing in the construction and waste management sectors. Currently serving in construction sales at LRS since January 2022, Blake previously held similar roles at Orion Waste Solutions and as Branch Manager at Bath Fitter. An accomplished Sales Manager at TruGreen from 2014 to 2019, Blake focused on recruitment, training, and performance metrics. Earlier experience includes a position as Regional Sales Manager at DISH Network, where Blake managed and developed a sales team while assisting in the establishment of new regional offices.
