The Leadership Team at Lakeshore Regional Entity is responsible for strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, specialized mental and behavioral health services across Allegan, Lake, Kent, Mason, Muskegon, Oceana, and Ottawa counties. This team works collaboratively to set organizational priorities, manage resources effectively, and guide the execution of initiatives to enhance patient care and provider support.
