Terrie Starling holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they earned a BS degree in Management/Marketing from Union University, from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their degrees, Terrie Starling also holds certification as an SPHR from HRCI, which they obtained in June 2002.
