Kelly Flaherty has over 25 years of experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as the Customer Service & Production Control Manager at Lakeside Book Company since May 2011, Kelly has progressed through various roles including Customer Service Manager, Account Services Supervisor, and Account Manager. Prior to this, Kelly worked at GlobalWare Solutions from December 1991 to March 2011 as a Senior Account Manager. Kelly holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
