Alyssia Vaillancourt

Alyssia Vaillancourt is an experienced volunteer dedicated to supporting children and youth in various capacities. Since June 2018, Alyssia has volunteered at Lakeside Church, assisting with children check-in, projection, and event organization. Additionally, Alyssia contributes to Celebrate Recovery and participates in neighborhood initiatives through the Grange Hill East Neighbourhood Group. With extensive involvement in adaptive sports and fitness programs for children with exceptionalities through MoveAbility and as a Youth Advocate for the Office of the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth, Alyssia actively champions the needs of individuals with special needs. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Guelph and diplomas in Special Education and Human Services from Conestoga College.
