Kevin Lien

Kevin Lien has a strong background in executive leadership and sales management. Kevin is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Lakeside Foods, Inc., where they are responsible for expanding into new products and segments, integrating acquisitions, and overseeing overall strategic initiatives and financial performance. Prior to this, Kevin held various roles at Welbilt Inc., including Sr. Vice President, America's, where they led a commercial growth strategy and provided strategic leadership and management of diverse product categories. Kevin also served as the Vice President of Sales for the U.S. and LATAM markets, driving strategic sales direction and general management. Before joining Welbilt Inc., Kevin worked at Manitowoc Foodservice, where they held positions such as Vice President of Sales, Commercial Distribution, and Vice President of Sales, Foodservice Division RES. Kevin also has experience at Alto-Shaam, Inc. as a Western Sales Manager and at The Manitowoc Company as a Regional Sales Manager and Administrator of International Sales. Throughout their career, Kevin has achieved significant growth and success in developing and executing sales strategies, managing teams, and driving overall company growth.
