Tim Poff

Tim Poff is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in the food, beverage, and military sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Lakeside Foods, Inc. since June 2023, Tim previously held the role of Plant Manager at Contract Comestibles from March 2020 to May 2023, overseeing a team of 50 and managing production and quality across numerous batch recipes. Prior to this, Tim was the President of The Noisy Kettle, a start-up focused on ready-to-eat snacks, and served as a Commander in the US Navy from 1993 to 2012. Additional experience includes positions as Product Manager at Invensys and Department Head at John Deere. Tim holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University.
