The Medical and Healthcare Professionals team at Lakeside Hospice, Inc. is dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive medical care to terminally ill patients and their families. This team, comprised of a Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and Community Education Representative, collaborates to assess patient needs, manage pain and symptoms, and ensure quality care throughout the hospice journey. They also engage with the community to raise awareness about hospice services and provide educational resources on end-of-life care.
