Kay Tiemen

Kay joined Lakeside in 2022 as VP of Sales and Marketing. Kay has 3 decades of experience in healthcare sales and marketing with a special focus on life sciences, diagnostics and the development of regulated products and technologies. Her roles have included life science supply and equipment sales, executive recruiting, commercial insurance (with a focus on clinical trials), and non-profit trade association work. Kay’s passion is helping companies solve problems, and she leverages her life science experience and network of personal and strategic relationships to accomplish this. In her role at Lakeside, Kay leads sales, marketing, and the growth of the company’s revenues. Her priority is advocating for companies who need the strategic support of a full service CRO to get their products to the market.
