Donna Blythe

Donna Blythe has over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. Donna most recently worked at Lakeside Software as the Director, People Partner EMEA & APAC. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director, Global People Services at Lucidworks, where they supported operations and employees across multiple countries. Donna also worked as a Senior People Leader during a transition period due to Covid-19 and as the Head of International HR & Benefits at UnaTerra, where they developed and grew the company's international HR consulting practice. Earlier in their career, they were the Director Human Resources at Polecat - Incisive Intelligence, where they developed the multi-national HR infrastructure and managed a team. Donna also worked as the Director, Human Resources / Practice Leader, HCM Software at Blytheco LLC, creating people strategies for multi-state growth. Additionally, they served as the Manager Human Resources at LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, where they helped scale the company's HR function. Donna has experience in various areas of HR, including HR operations, compensation and rewards, benefits management, talent acquisition, and HR consulting.

Donna Blythe completed their Bachelor's of Science in Human Resource Management from American InterContinental University in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an HR Certification from UC Irvine in 2003, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.

In terms of additional certifications, Donna Blythe received the Chartered MCIPD designation from CIPD in February 2012. Donna later obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in March 2022. Additionally, they acquired the Agile HR Certified Practitioner title from the Agile HR Community in November 2020. Furthermore, Donna Blythe holds certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master, both from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2021 and November 2020, respectively.
