Mike Klingbeil has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mike started their career in 1983 as an Engineer at Nartron, where they managed computer systems and developed embedded software for automotive applications. Mike then joined Chrysler Group LLC in 1985 as a programmer and eventually became a Field Supervisor, overseeing multiple teams. In 1989, they worked at Anatec as a Product Developer, designing and implementing a commercial product called "Hazrep". Mike also worked at Ford Motor Company as a contractor, writing shop floor applications and providing product quality information. From 1996 to 2008, they served as a Consultant at Chrysler, supporting embedded systems engineers and developing tools and utility programs. In 1995, they became the Owner of Larcom and Young, where they created top-selling commercial products and performed independent consulting. Their most recent role, starting in 2009, is as an Engineer at Lakeside Software, where they converted an existing product to a database-centric architecture and improved its performance using SQL, C#, and C++. Mike Klingbeil has demonstrated expertise in various programming languages and a strong track record of successful product development and management.

Mike Klingbeil attended Western Michigan University from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
