Ricki Knight

Ricki Knight has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ricki is currently the Director of Global Partner Delivery at Lakeside Software, where they have been since 2018. Before that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager and a Solutions Consultant - System Integrators at the same company.

Prior to joining Lakeside Software, Ricki worked at IBM for over a decade. Ricki had a range of roles, including Global Mobility & Workplace Services - Service Integration Lead and IT Professional & Management. Ricki gained experience in leading teams and managing client relationships in different sectors.

Ricki's career began at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in 1988, where they held multiple roles, including Underwriting, Testing & Deskside Support. Ricki also participated in a major project for mainframe deployment as a User Acceptance Tester.

Ricki Knight attended Epsom High School from 1984 to 1988. No degree or field of study was specified during this time. In addition, Ricki obtained ITIL V3 FOUNDATION certification from Loyalist Certification Services in September 2012.
