Sarah Love

Sarah Love is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in packaging engineering and sports coaching. Currently serving as the Innovation Commercialization Manager at Congo Brands since October 2023, Sarah has previously held roles as a Packaging Engineer at Brown-Forman and as an R&D Packaging Associate Engineer at PepsiCo. In addition to engineering expertise, Sarah has extensive experience in coaching, including positions at Lakeside Swim Club and Big Spring Country Club, where skills in training strategy and athlete development were honed. A competitive swimmer during college, Sarah was a NCAA Division 1 student-athlete at Michigan State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Science.
