Russ Hayden

Russ Hayden has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Russ is currently working as the Head of Operations - Home Improvement Lending at Lakeview since July 2023. Prior to this, Russ founded and served as an Operations Consultant for Elston LLC starting in December 2021. Russ specialized in improving the value chain and customer experience, providing valuable analytics and facilitating collaboration between operations and other areas within the organization.

Russ's career in the mortgage industry started as a Branch Manager at Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC from December 2004 to September 2006. Russ originated various mortgage loans and developed a book of business through networking and lead generation.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Russ worked in the broadcasting industry in technical operations from 1999 to 2004.

Russ also served in the Army National Guard as an Infantryman from March 1994 to September 2000.

Russ Hayden attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, where they pursued a degree in Communications.
