Brian Gagan

Brian Gagan currently serves as the Vice President, Head of Asset Management at Lakevision Capital since April 2023. He previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at AvalonBay Communities from July 2018 to March 2023. With a background in multihousing operations, Brian has held various roles at companies such as Greystar, BlackRock, Metric Property Management (a subsidiary of BlackRock Inc.), ConAm Management Corporation, and Picerne Real Estate Group. Brian's extensive experience also includes serving as the Vice President at Prometheus Real Estate Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
