Bruce Alpe, MSM, CPP has an extensive work experience in the field of security and law enforcement. Bruce is currently serving as the Senior Director of Security at Lakewood Church since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Vice President at The PNC FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP starting from May 2020. From December 2019 to May 2020, Bruce worked as a Principal Consultant at their own firm, Alpe International, LLC, providing security consulting and event security services to organizations like XFL, CFP, and ESPN. Before venturing into the private sector, they had a long and successful career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Bruce held various roles during their tenure at the FBI, including serving as the Chief of the FBI National Chief Security Officer Program, Chief Security Officer/Superisory Special Agent at the FBI Houston Division, and Special Agent working on high-profile investigations involving drug cartels, illegal gambling operations, murder-for-hire, and fraud. Bruce Alpe is known for their expertise in developing security strategies and policies, as well as their leadership and management skills.

Bruce Alpe, MSM, CPP has a solid education background. Bruce pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Later, they furthered their academic qualifications by completing their Masters of Security Management degree from the University of Houston-Downtown, specializing in Security Management, between 2005 and 2007.
