Angela Flack MBA CPHQ HACP LSSGB has a comprehensive background in risk management, compliance, patient safety, and quality improvement. Angela is currently serving as the Director of Risk, Compliance, and Patient Safety at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, where they are responsible for evaluating and addressing organizational issues and minimizing potential sources of loss. Prior to this, Angela worked as the Regional Director of Quality/Risk Management at KPC Health, overseeing clinical performance, medical outcomes, and accreditation activities. Angela also served as the Director of Quality, Risk, Performance Improvement, Infection Prevention, and Patient Relations at AHMC Greater El Monte Community Hospital, where they implemented a comprehensive quality and risk improvement program. Angela has held various managerial roles in quality management and accreditation at institutions such as CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta, Southwest Healthcare System, and Corona Regional Medical Center.
