Parag Kadam

Parag Kadam has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Manager at Unilever since September 2015. Previously, Parag held the position of Manager IT at Lakme Lever Pvt. Ltd. since April 2010, where responsibilities included change management, simplification and automation of processes, and IT infrastructure management. Parag's expertise includes the evaluation and implementation of new point-of-sale systems, as well as enhancements driven by business requirements. Additionally, Parag has focused on loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and acquisition. Prior to these roles, Parag worked as a System Executive at Hindustan Unilever Limited from October 2001 to March 2010, where a techno-functional approach was utilized for application development, implementation, and automation.
