Brian Sherwood has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Brian currently holds the position of VP of Manufacturing at LAKO TOOL since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Cam Manager at LAKO TOOL from October 2020 to February 2022. Brian also served as a CAD/CAM Programmer at LAKO TOOL from December 2017 to October 2020. Before joining LAKO TOOL, Brian worked at Fischer Tool and Die as a Diemaker, boring mill operator, and programmer from July 2012 to December 2017. Brian also worked as a Machinist, boring mill operator, and programmer at Maumee Valley Fabricators / RLM Fabricating from May 2005 to July 2012. Brian started their career at Jerl Machine Inc as a Machinist from September 2002 to April 2005. Brian then worked as a Machinist at Frazier Machine & Production, Inc. from September 2001 to May 2002. Brian started their career as a Machinist at ORT Tool and Die Corp from July 2000 to August 2001. Brian has extensive experience in the manufacturing field and has expertise in various roles including VP, Cam Manager, CAD/CAM Programmer, Diemaker, boring mill operator, and Machinist.
Brian Sherwood attended the National Tooling & Machining Association from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Journeyman card in diemaker. During their time there, their studies focused on applied machine shop theory and mathematics.
