Previously, Prashant held roles including Principal Consultant and Lead Consultant at The LHR Group, where responsibilities encompassed P&L ownership, client relationship management, business development support, and team training. Prior to this, Prashant worked as a Consultant at Redwood Infotech, specializing in end-to-end recruitment for IT companies, and as a System Administrator at Laurent & Benon, handling IT administration and recruitment tasks. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a diploma in computer networking.
