Prashant Jha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership, currently serving as a Partner at The LHR Group since December 2019, managing a portfolio worth approximately 100 million and focusing on acquiring new client relationships while strengthening existing ones. Previously, Prashant held roles including Principal Consultant and Lead Consultant at The LHR Group, where responsibilities encompassed P&L ownership, client relationship management, business development support, and team training. Prior to this, Prashant worked as a Consultant at Redwood Infotech, specializing in end-to-end recruitment for IT companies, and as a System Administrator at Laurent & Benon, handling IT administration and recruitment tasks. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a diploma in computer networking.
