Sherman Kan is an experienced professional in operations, strategy, and market expansion, currently serving as the Head of Research & Expansion at Lalamove since January 2022. In this role, Sherman leads global market launches, including overseeing the launch of Lalamove Bangladesh and initiating operations in Japan. Previously, at DiDi from September 2019 to December 2021, Sherman held key positions such as Head of Operations & Strategy and was responsible for launching the "DiDi Special" product line in Japan. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at BYTON, and roles in investment banking at HSBC and Morgan Stanley. Sherman holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
